Education excellence at Mahala, Forrestdale

Harrisdale Senior High School

Harrisdale Senior High School continues to make headlines as one of the region’s significant and most sought after contributors to education excellence, and is making Malaha the perfect place to ensure your kids get the best opportunity at a world-class education.

This January, The West Australian reported that Harrisdale has made the list of the state’s top-performing schools, with Mahala located within the school’s catchment area. This is incredibly promising considering this is only the second year the school has produced a cohort of Year 12 students. These students have demonstrated top marks in ATAR scores across three highly competitive subjects - biology, economics, and human biology - with graduates pursuing higher education in medicine and finance.

Another point of attraction for future Mahala residents is the school’s incredible percentage of students from non-English speaking backgrounds - more than half of the school’s intake has been of a diverse origin. Harrisdale has an ambition of continuing this excellence, and has established a program for academically gifted students.

The high marks place Harrisdale in equal standing to Scotch College, Wesley College, and Kelmscott Senior High School. In and around Forrestdale, the news adds to accolades won by Forrestdale Public School, the Islamic College, and St John Bosco.

We’re incredibly proud to say that the future doctors, industry leaders, and CEOs of Australia will be able to call Mahala home. Explore land currently available at Mahala - your new home is waiting.
