Launched in 2020, Mahala is a master-planned community located in Forrestdale with 550 homes once complete.

The estate has been designed to include three parks, all within walking distance from all future homes. Boudicca Park is now open and features a nature playground, wide footpaths, native vegetation and shaded spaces overlooking the children’s play area. A future dog park and feature playground is also planned for the estate.

A future Primary School is also planned on the corner of Anstey Road and Hypatia Boulevard, which will be within walking distance of all residents.
