Fencing & Landscaping

When it comes time to move into your new home, there are a few things that you’ll need to tick off the to-do list so we thought we’d help you out.

Landscaping comes as part of your beautiful new home at Mahala.

At Mahala, all residential land purchasers get a front garden landscape starter package.  This initiative demonstrates commitment to residents and to the quality of the development.

The landscape package is designed to assist new land buyers to establish the basics such as irrigation, turf and planting to their front garden and serves to immediately improve the visual amenity of the streetscape.

The landscape package will be managed by an approved landscape contractor, who will assist you in the design and landscaping of your front garden.

Please contact the contractors listed below 6 WEEKS prior to having key hand over of your home.

The contractors will need an email version of your site plan.

After you have made contact with the relevant contractors, they will liaise with you directly in regards to installation time frames.

Enquiries to LWP - please email mahala@lwpproperty.com.au

You will need to contact your local council to arrange your rubbish bins prior to moving into your home too.

Internet to Mahala is provided by Opticomm
